What Forevexpo is
Forevexpo lets people create and browse an unaffiliated “Alt Expo” for a real-world event — a space to find exhibitors, discuss the event, and post related side events, whether or not you’re there in person. Forevexpo is not associated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any event or its organizers, and using it doesn’t create any relationship between you and the event itself.
Accounts
You sign in with your email address via a magic link — no password. You’re responsible for keeping access to that email address secure, and for anything posted from your account.
Content you post
You keep ownership of anything you post — exhibits, side events, forum posts, profile details. By posting it, you give Forevexpo the license needed to display it on the site (and, where the feature is on, to machine-translate it for other visitors). Don’t post anything illegal, anything you don’t have the right to post, or anything intended to harass, defraud, or impersonate. Every exhibit, side event, and post can be reported by any visitor, and we may remove, hide, or reject content — including a first-time submission before it’s ever shown publicly — at our discretion.
If you organize the underlying event
Running an unaffiliated Alt Expo for a public event is the same right anyone has to host an independent meetup near your event — Forevexpo doesn’t take a space down on request. If you’d like your event’s name and branding removed from its Alt Expo, you can request that at /takedown. A person reviews every request; if approved, the space is renamed to remove your branding — it stays live under its new name, with its members and content intact.
Paid features
An exhibit owner may be able to pay for featured placement on their space’s floor, when that feature is enabled. Payments are processed by Stripe; Forevexpo never sees your card details. Placement runs for the purchased duration and expires automatically.
No warranty
Forevexpo is provided “as is.” We don’t verify that exhibits, side events, or forum content are accurate, and we make no guarantee the service will be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Forevexpo isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, or from content posted by other users.
Changes
If these terms change materially, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Forevexpo after a change means you accept the update.
