What Forevexpo is

Forevexpo is an unaffiliated space for people following a real-world event remotely. It is not associated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any event or its organizers. This policy covers information Forevexpo itself collects — not the events it lets people discuss.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you sign in (we use passwordless magic-link sign-in — we never see or store a password) or when another member invites you.
• Content you post — exhibits, side events, forum posts, votes, reports, and any profile details you choose to fill in (display name, a “following from” location). Anything you post publicly on a space is visible to anyone who visits it.
• Messages you send through a contact form — we relay these by email to the relevant exhibit owner without ever showing them your email address directly (they see it only if you choose to reply-to).
• Basic technical information — your IP address, used only to apply rate limits against automated abuse, and never linked to your account or stored long-term beyond what that requires.

How we use it

To run the product: to sign you in, to show your content to other visitors the way a public forum does, to relay contact messages, to send the transactional emails described below, and to keep the service usable by discouraging automated abuse. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We use a small set of service providers to run Forevexpo, each processing only what’s necessary to provide their service to us: Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), Resend (sending the emails described below), Microsoft Azure Translator (machine-translating publicly posted content into other languages), and Vercel (hosting). If featured placement payments are ever enabled, Stripe processes those — Forevexpo never sees or stores your card details. None of these providers may use your information for their own purposes.

Emails you might receive

• A sign-in link, when you ask for one.
• A relayed message, if someone contacts you through your exhibit’s contact form.
• A weekly digest of what’s new in a space, only if you opt in to it on that space’s page — never by default.
• A one-time reply, if you asked to be notified about an event we can’t yet host.
• Confirmations related to a branding takedown request, if you submit one.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, and a small cookie to remember your language preference. Neither is used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Your choices

You can edit or remove most of what you’ve posted from within the product. To request a copy of your data, ask us to delete your account, or ask any other privacy question, email hello@forevexpo.com — a person reads these.

Children

Forevexpo isn’t directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Forevexpo after a change means you accept the update.
